ASTHAPANA /NIROOHA(KASHAYA) VASTHI
herbal liquid medicine used to cleanse the body of toxins. A medicated decoction is administered through the anal region and can be given for detoxification, purification, nourishment, and regulation of the internal organs involved in digestion or other metabolic functions. This therapy also helps to improve longevity. According to the condition of patient, our physician will advice the type of medicine which has to be used.
ANUVASANA (SNEHA) VASTHI
It is used in 2 ways as a supportive treatment for asthapana in different protocols like yoga, kala, karmavasthi and as a kevala sneha vasthi in the form of mathravasthi according to ayurveda.

In this therapy, the guest is given a soothing facial oil massage followed by steam application on the face. Later, Ayurvedic oil is dropped into the nostrils and gently massaged.
